Like most govt work places, some are slack As!!! Not all but some!!! It's the culture in govt work places, indeed!! Some buggers are far too lazy to read documents before signing off and end up missing certain aspects, others rely on those that has written briefs etc to be true and correct then just sign off without reading. geeeeze they need a big kick in the ass.
