"You cant buy a house with 100 % mortgage" ,, i totally agree and thats kinda my point in regard to finance ,who is going to give us $550 million without any security on the loan ? it just doesnt make sense , the risk would be huge for the lender would it not as AVZ dont have any income , its like trying to borrow a million bucks for house when u dont have a job .
Now if AVZ had 3 or 4 binding off takes with maybe some money up front then i can see us deemed worthy of a few hundred million !!!
And al this talk about patients etc etc in all fairness shareholders have been pretty patient so far , we have had numerous delays and deadlines missed ,,, now that the DFS is out and its a cracker , its time to sign off takes , if Nigel cant get an off take now with the DFS thas be delivered then theres no hope !!!
I was told in person by Nigel a few months back that there were alot of very interested parties eagerly awaiting the DFS ,, well its been out now for over a month ,, its time to sign deals , no more games no more missed deadlines , sign some deals , get funding and build a mine or else we will miss the boat !!!!!
