Hi Croc, i find it interesting that you would expect the company to pay RAP payments prior to getting funding. It would seem an irresponsible use of shareholder funds to make unnecessary payments prior to achieving funding. Like your not likely to get your money back in the event of funding approval not arriving.

I would also be morally concerned if people were unnecessarily re-located prior to funding, like why disrupt people's lives and then what happens if funding doesn't arrive, do they just move back in?
