at the moment my deposit is sitting in a high interest saving account - given that rates are expected to drop, i expect the interest on this will be lower next year and not as an attractive return.
I appreciate your advice very much. At this stage I'm just looking at the options and every now and then check the realestate websites.
the positive cashflow aspect of property when rates drop is also quiet an attractive idea... do you have any advice as to what kind of properties would be a suitable criteria ?
