Thank you for your kind reply. Yes unfortunately I have been bullied, one particular person wrote a long diatribe insinuating that I was a man posing as a woman and also pretending to be new. He said I was a fake trader/shorter etc. I was astounded. I did not report him but his post was either removed or moderated by HP.
I can let this wash over me, but find Self wealth a bit confusing in as much as they recommend that I emulate these people who appear to be losing money, I guess I should ignore this also.
I am in retirement although we do still run a business, so I do not have a 20 year plan.
I have bought mainly safe, supposedly shares, but yes for fun and short term profit hopes have invested a fair bit into higher risk shares.
Obviously, like anyone I would be disappointed to lose a lot on these, but it would not be life changing. Whereas if one or two did well it could be.
I am certainly not interested in short term day trading. Maybe if I had done this when I was young it would have been fun, but I was busy with other things.
