Think about this, wouldn't shorters prefer to have a substantial position before $0.40 is reached again?
They missed out last time, but are seeing the opportunity for the next wave.
Shorter accumulation means danger in my opinion.
Each to their own school of thought. Things are generally not what they seem.
If shorters were covering, this would be $2 by now, but in reality they are accumulating, ready for the next wave.
