It will be oversubscribed but there's no harm in locking away a bit of extra coin to have it potentially doubled.
i applied for 200%
but I can afford to have some fun tokens (cash) held up for a bit.
There might be a large number of over overseas holders on this one who might not be eligible... Not likely but again worth the shot at 5c!
