From the beginning Alita shareholders have been played by CCP who all along was behind Burwill, Haitong securities, Jiangte, JBJ and some of the A40 directors. The long and short of it is that we've been scammed by CCP who played the part of major investor, seller through our BOD, middleman , buyer , creditor and now wanted to be the sole owner of Bald Hill after having Burwill reneg on the original written agreements to send A40 to the wall then using Haitong to send Burwill to the wall just in case some A40 shareholders were looking at class action against Burwill.
