Looking at what has transpired BCSCA is a absolute disgrace.

It was market as high yeilding stock before it listed and to make matters worse the board reiterated with various media organisation that the stock is a sound investment and everything is all underwritten as the security was being sold off.

Then they got worried that investor might going to make a killing if they paid the forcast distribution so they just canned it. No mention of the underwriter withdrawing and look for outside in and the various statement to me noting has really changed financially from when it listed.

If they decide to that security holders to court for not paying the second instalment it will be interesting to see what line the defence takes.
