Seafood features strongly in the Scandinavian diet, which may be one reason why prawn meat on sour dough is a breakfast offering at the Fika Swedish Kitchen in Manly. The prawn comes tossed in a lemon-mustard mayo with thinly sliced radishes, sprigs of dill, a sprinkle of chives and a dollop of orange roe. Interesting. More info available from TimeOut Magazine.
