AM just starting to look at CCP and I need to dig a lot deeper into the business model etc as it's not an area I'm very familiar with right now
but question...
With the potential in AUS and moreso the US seeing a significant rise in debt defaults late in the year as all these deferred debt payments start getting called on (and people spent stimulus money on pizza and beer instead of their debts) could this be a huge opportunity for CCP to be more aggressive in the likely influx of debt ledgers to be purchased - this being the reasoning for the capital raise? They want dry powder for a potential big opportunity to accelerate growth and market share in the US.
I'm a total noob to the debt collection space so forgive my ignorance here if this is a dumb question ha I need to read deeper through some the great insights in this thread already.
