mika I am sure they will...but not many hc members.... I am in Melb...not interested in Sydney... doubt if generally people are in the mood for anything....all the bad news everyday....makes anyone squirmish...think its just a bit too early...just wait and watch...hopefully they will not lock into a fixed rates...imo the rates have much further to fall..
think most of the property bulls are staying away from hc...well I know I am losing interest in this forum
lots of people hurting from margin loans and the stock market...read today 28 trillion has been lost on our stock market so far cheers
