The company doesn’t want anymore retail on its share register. These guys want to keep the rest of the shares amongst themselves. I have a feeling the last cap raise @ .43c was much larger for retail investor for this exact purpose to have less of a strangle hold and larger vote under the one control. What will be interesting is to see who ends up with the majority of the shares from the $12.5 million cap raise. I have my bets on Bergen. Feels like this baby has been swept out from under James Gong’s feet.
