New board haven't really had an opportunity to prove themselves yet. Do a heap of research before diving into this. They are currently trading as a going concern and in the current market climate I wouldn't be too envious of that position.
Their numbers don't stack up in my opinion, and while they've trimmed some excess, they have a long way to go before I would consider them on any cash flow positive path.
Having said that, the shareprice can't get much lower...are you a gambler?
