I'll call it now.

It's all over - they will get no money. They will churn through the $1.5m escrow term deposit (if it exists) for salaries, they will come up with more stories as to why the funding is delayed again, they won't trade again and finally, to put SH out of their misery, they will announce (after hours of course) that Adiministators have been appointed.

Maybe some SH court action to boot down the track.

This is a disgrace. (all IMO of course)
