XPL and OVH are different businesses some similarities but different - Iress is finally getting into the platform game with its purchase of OVH. OVH front end with IRESS backend - pretty smart actually.

Your comment about "I can't imagine a bid below 20c being successful, that is still only around $60m valuation." is crazy at best. XPL stock trading at 5.7c - NO ONE will offer 4 times premium to buy the stock. if a takeover was lobbed it would be at 30% premium maybe 50% premium.

Also trust me - everyone has run their ruler over XPL over the past couple of years - maybe a bottom feeder might pick it up but they generally don't pay overs!!
