They won't pay $1282 as Integral Energy had a better book of customers with lower churn but they probably will pay at least $300-400 in which case this share is very cheap. If they make $60 odd million from this and still have their telco business they could either grow the telco business or sell it off to Optus and realise $250 million+. A lot of avenues but it's great value for shareholders IMO.

considering that amaysim paid $120m for click in 2017, anything less than $1000/user or 200m isn’t a great return on investment for shareholders
