im an accountant aswell. I havent been through AIO's fin reports but i thought i make you aware that Coy's like AIO might have a nice looking balance sheet but debt that needs to be re-financed in the short term (within 3 years) is frowned apon as banks are either ...

1) being very tight in letting coy's rollover debt
2) letting profitable coy's rollover debt at higher interest rates to compensate write offs and lower revenues.
