Yep I do love them with a bit of bark also, when i cracked that piece of meat open it was juicy as heck and served with some homemade Tzatziki dizzeled with some extra virgin olive oil and some homemade pita bread and a nice salad. Currently making some burger patties with beaten egg, basil, parsely.spinach, turkish bread breadcrumbs and salt and pepper. Sorry @cara for hijacking the thread I get a bit excited over food pictures. Been loving your food pics.
