People need to be careful with Z1P. If you compare it with APT balance sheet, Z1P has over 500m in liabilities compared to APT which is under 250m.
If you also look at Z1P's Asset to Liability ratio is kind of even, which is even more concerning, considering that the company hasn't made a net income the past 4 years. They have been averaging a net loss income of -$15.71m a year.
