2 years the asx will then automatically delist.
It can go into administration tomorrow but will still be time before you can claim the loss as they need to wind up the company or go into liquidation.
If you want to claim the loss this FY you will either need to find a buyer to buy them privately which will be hard & expensive or give them to delisted.
