Yes. There is a huge difference between Rodent trials & humans & what was acceptable years ago & in this day & age for Ethics in regards to animals used in clinical trials. A change for the better, IMO.
There will always be gaps. Whether they be in that great void between pre-clinical & human studies, or gaps in the chart & SP.
