AVZ will be building a mine and be at the advantage of not producing like stocks such as PLS that have blow out costs because of poor product quality(expensive to process and bring up to spec) and operating in a low price lithium environment.

Once we achieve our short term catalysts of offtakes and funding this share price will fly, when the market will be assured that we will be a producer and will potentially be a LARGE chunk of the market share of low cost lithium products.

For all that AVZ has endured karma is now paying it back big time.

1.We will be building a mine during the low price lithium environment and will be producing right in the sweet spot when the demand for high quality battery spec lithium product will be high and pricing at a premium.




2.The establishment of the Special Economic Zone(SEZ) by the DRC government which purpose will be to give substantive tax, royalty and duty exemptions including significantly VAT, and the opportunity for AVZ to increase its stake from 65 to 75-80%, and the setting up of private public partnerships tells me that the DRC see our project as an important and significant project for the country and will want to helps us fast track the Manono lithium-tin project. Importantly cost exemptions and stake increases make us a bigger carrot for would be investors and funders.

3. We have had the time to observe the mistakes of WA inc companies like PLS regarding offtake/funding deals and I am sure that management are taking the time to make sure that our deals will be water tight so that we will not be at a disadvantage.

***Offtake/funding/final investment decision are imminent so when the market receives this news I cannot see CONSERVATIVELY that we will not be reaching our year to date highs AT LEAST! When major funds get on board look out! and later if we re-list on a larger global stock market the world is AVZ's oyster!
