    No announcement from the board of IFN this morning (unless I have missed it)? Given they have known the bid was out there since late yesterday, this is very odd. Keen to hear what the Boards view on value, other interested parties they may have been talking to, position of major shareholders. Also, what discussions has UAC had with the board or is the bid completely hostile?
