    I imagine Simon Ehrenfeld would be totally responsible for the public perceptions of Eftel having been its CEO for the past five years or so wouldn't you agree? Theres nothing potential about history is there?

    It's simple aquinian. There's an EGM called. Shareholders vote ... they decide.
