conversion event has occurred for beppa, page-12

Hi everyone first post, being looking at HC for quite a while, yep i have done a lot on BNB hence the user name. Anyway i beleive recko 1 is correct. The face value should be $1 as distinct from the market value which is a lot less.
What the poster was referring was perhaps the clause regarding the non payment of a dividend for Beppa. Basically it states that if the dividends of Beppa are deferred, BBI will be required to raise funds to pay the dividend within 12 months of the first mandatory deferred dividend date. So yes a trigger event has occured, and we will all be in trouble if BBI does not come up with the money in the next 12 months.

I am not too concerned however
