adwebster. you were right. I did mention that Hedge fund redemption applications need to be in by the end of trade today, if, as an investor, you want your money back before Xmas. Hedgies have been selling down assets and buying USD for settlement purposes as they have received redemption applications. Next week we should see a reversal of many things including gold USD, other metals and possibly the stock market, with the exception of bank stock, I should imagine. But then again, this market could just as easily do the opposite and trick us all!!!
