Yes, I saw that. Its an announcement by MWR re the "not in a position to announce".
But I've previously seen extensions of suspensions done via approval by the ASX, and wondered if that was a requirement?
Remember this ...
Was granted by the ASX after a request by MWR ...
I will see if I can find a previous example where extending a suspension was done via a request to the ASX and an approval by the ASX.
