I think that you are spot on about building a house within a shift.
Another consideration is unloading the bricks from a truck onto HX. Currently, the packs of bricks get spread all over the slab, obviously, this will not work for HX. It makes sense just to handle the bricks once from the truck straight into HX unless there is space around to store the bricks close to HX.
If there is not space around HX, then you would need the truck parked more or less for the duration of the build, or you would need more and smaller trucks doing deliveries which would add additional cost (at least until the Tesla truck can do it).
IMO it is worth FBR persevering with lay speeds until they can get a structure built within a shift.
