Is it a possibility that PAA may have jumped the gun with looking and testing MPL for the use of Covid-19 (outside of the K9 arena) without formulating a seperate agreement with Elanco. Now (with possibility) MPL actually works against Covid-19, PAA are in a situation somewhat of no-man's land and Elanco are taking their time to size up an agreement for Covid-19 that suits them even though we went through with the testing? Hence the delay and (possible) legal framework and agreements to iron this out between them both
