Well there is a thing called a blocking holding over 10%. And look at how many shares SI has and the founder have.
Plus all the white knight backup from related parties. A hostile takeover is NOT a realistic proposition.
A friendly takever is not for other reasons. Namely that SI wants the company to fully mature. And how is any takeover going to realistically value the IP? How? this is NOT a widget maker. It's a revolution in medicine.
