KRR Chart, page-469

I had a think last night about this stock and the SP can actually be explained through what I think is quite a logical explaination.

Whats happened is, “trending” materials are going to be hot stocks. When KRR released that it’s achieved small batches of HPA, institutions or even potentially trading bots automatically supported the stock and we saw some high volumes of trading.

since then the SP has drifted sideways, this tells me that institutions have kept their stock, but traders have got impatient or see opportunity elsewhere, or had to fix the car etc. Etc. And got rid, but for the majority.. the 40 odd million shares that have traded are being held, which is a positive sign.

When the SP has dropped, it’s because it’s been traded on such thin volumes. Sometimes all you’d need is $1,000 to buy or sell to change the SP up or down a pip. This means small SP movement might not be meaningful, but it does mean it’s volatile. All it takes is for one LT holder you say “bugger it” and sell and they could affect the market badly.

On the flip side, If news is released and someone / some company thinks the SP will go up and sees potential value’ in KRR, Imagine what a (relative to them) small investment like $100,000 or $1 million would do to the SP?

Considering this, the big money isn’t dumb either so is aware a lot of shaky fingers will be looking to sell up along the way. They can burst through this selling field only if the sentiment is looking strong enough to still improve after their move. Otherwise it’s dead in the water.

A JV with a huge company is going to be good news IMO. We can’t get to 25c on the back to Tony Barton’s loan.
