We appreciate your desire for additional information. The strategic review is currently underway and covers virtually all key aspects of our operations. Therefore, it is inappropriate for us to comment further.

The strategic review is an ongoing process. The Australian financiers and US noteholders had agreed to extend their facilities to 15 December 2008. In achieving this extension the Australian financiers and US noteholders had acknowledged satisfaction with company progress operationally and towards its recapitalisation. Our next objective is to achieve a longer-term debt extension beyond 15 December 2008, and we continue to work with all lending groups in that regard. As soon as there is any update surrounding these arrangements it will be advised to the market.

Centro and its related entities will continue to meet their disclosure obligations.
