    Hi Glyco,

I have had an odd feeling for about a week now that something is not quite right with how the shares have been manipulated. I want to jog your memory back to a company called "ABC Learning" which was a Childcare Company run from Qld and the CEO was an ex milk delivery man. The company was Taken Over after eventually losing the battle with USA banks.
The comparisons I make with ABC Learning and GMV are the following:

    1. CEO had majority ownership of shares in the Company,
    2. CEO went to USA market to expand the Company
    3. CEO had to sell shares to pay down debts
    4. CEO took out loans for day to day running of business

GMV IMO are struggling to make headway, similiar to how ABC Learning did. GMV have the IDTF's that are producing revenue, albeit at levels which should be ok, considering they are a start up business and growth will be added commensurate with time. I feel the same thing is happening with GMV as what happened to ABC Learning many moons ago and that is, they were being manipulated with the SP.

For every positive announcement that should of seen the SP rise, it would rise marginally and then get hammered on the way down. Recent positive announcements that should have GMV buzzing are:

    1. Emergency Approval for the Prizma Jacket,
    2. Emergency Approval for the GMed Patch
    3. TGA Approval for the GMed Patch
    4. Distribution agreement with All Country Care
    5. Prizma Jacket to be integrated through UVUE Telehealth
    6. Distribution through Live care Health
    7. HSC Partners with GMV for Vital Signs Platform
    8. Nasdaq listing
    9. Registration for the Prizma Jacket in Italy
    10. Registration for the Prizma Jacket in Taiwan

Given the above positive announcements, GMV's SP should be screaming upwards on the market, instead we are marking time or being forced down with ridiculous prices. Someone is controlling the price and making sure the GMV price is not going anywhere soon. GMV should be Nth of $0.30 instead of languishing at $0.007.

I hope that I am wrong, as GMV has in its possession, 2 fantastic Health Care products that will revolutionize the Health Care Market in the future. GMV needs to get these products into the right hands to ensure the public gets a chance to use them and see for their own eyes, what the product is capable of.

    IMO

    Cheers Rubes
