The project will see it to th enext instalment, but doubt it will survive to the 3rd instalment. Why would anyone put money into this dog? They will probably change the dividend again. Management has no credibility & even the underwriter has no faith in the stock and will find a way to get out of it. Trevor Rowe has compromised his position as chairman and his position at QIC and needs to be sacked from both (i'm sure he will be from QIC very soon due to conflict of interest and the massive loss they will now incur).

They will not send debt collectors out to get the money. Can use imagine what the Queensland government will think of this and the media coverage. The project is doomed and Rowe's head on a platter is the only chance of survival here.
