Correction. Nickel price was in Aussie Dollars as was the $50,000 Megan quoted. The first rise in Nickel prices coming off long time lows was far more sustained than the second peak to A$50,000. That peak was very damaging to the industry and resulted in a lot of stainless steel producers moving to alternative materials.
