    THR has been delayed in obtaining development finance [around $A70] , despite the fact that they have a MOU to sell their moly-tungsten production. The problem has been weak prices for moly and tungsten due to the world economic slow-down. Now, however, we are seeing a series of quotes for rising prices of moly. A promising sign. Conix
