If the SP hits 27 cents, I can pay out my mortgage. How is that pathetic?
It hit 30 cents before, it can do it again. Especially if you consider what happened today on the back of yesterdays announcement. Imagine what building a house will do.

I didn't find yesterdays announcement that exciting, it was good, sure but I didn't for a moment expect today's result. Maybe because I believed that it would be commercially viable anyway. Spades Excel worksheet demonstrates where it could become commercially viable/profitable.

I have you pegged as a 40 something BTW.
