Cosmos>Centro's underlying business is sound and profitable. It generates cashflow to make interest payments and they are not in default with their debt.

cosmos I don't know how to put this more simply. ATM its not profitable thats why they are borrowing more and more money. Wether this is due to one offs or not they needed an extra 25 mil in sept to be able to trade till december this year. They are making intrest payments but their doing it with borrowed money ull find this isn't a disputed situation.

Cosmos>Relate it to a residential mortgagee. As long as they make their mortgage payments the banks should be happy, regardless of whether their house value falls. If it falls you could say they made an accounting loss. This doesn't mean the bank should foreclose.

That depends if you making loan payments with a credit card then while the bank won't take your home initally eventually they will once you can't get any more credit cards to cover the debit. It also means your in a worse position as you now owe all the monies related to the credit card.
