That was Cephalon being taken over by Teva and Teva who'd bought Cephalon because of it's partnership with MSB as one of the reasons, then messed up with it's backing of DRUG clinical trials.
THAT has nothing to do with MSB. Lucky we got all our IP back with no charge from that episode. It was a set-back but only due to bone-headed number crunchers taking over at Teva.
