Who knows what level of "boombox" AKP is referring to, but they reckon 8. I'm leaning towards 12 being required for sufficient low frequency volume from their full structure chips however.
But the thing that is really going to make people get all worked up is the quality. Most people haven't even heard audiophile quality sound.
