    Plus they may be waiting on approvals but without this deal with NG they wouldn't be able to sell anything.
    If they got approvals before the deal with NG then what could they have approval for a test kit with out the test???

    How could people think this is negative they are getting things done but you can't have one without the other.
    The more I think the better this gets.
