Of course this release leaves the door wide open for interpretation.
I think the General Manager for Africa Middle East is aware of how much business he is generating so he wants to get incentives matching his sales.
I mean to issue incentive shares for $245,000 means that there are some solid sales accomplished in this region.
The Middle East is mainly Muslim (No alcohol based sanitizers) and money is in most countries not a consideration.
Probably I have a biased view but I think reasonable.
