Apologies for the misquote @JRSelvedge. I meant to write ‘empty’. We all make mistakes and, if Althea has, I would be ok with an apology.

And there’s no premise, I promise, just maybe a bit of OCD, but the ASX can decide the facts as I have done my bit for the time being.

As an investor, I expect AGH price to rise anyway, but I may buy more if I think I have got accurate information about the company. My concern would be if they didn’t win the contract to supply Project Twenty21 for some reason, then they need to tell us, through the ASX, since they told us, through the ASX, about the arrangement in the first place. Those are the rules as I understand them.

If they are supplying, but just delayed, then it’s not such an issue, but then BOD’s announcement is incorrect and/or misleading, so I will then be asking them to explain, since I am also a shareholder of Bod (which I have always been open about).

What I don’t do is read comments from HC posters and then think that everything must be ok. You would agree that would be sheer stupidity! Especially when we reasonable investors can’t understand why Althea announced their UK Pharma deal on their website rather than via the ASX. Trust has to be earned and I am a cautious investor (most of the time) (hopefully my investment in Althea works out as I jumped in anyway!).
