Recent quarterly stated "Management focus remains on the restart and debottlenecking plan at the Langer Heinrich uranium operation in Namibia. The restart plan and guidance on key economic parameters are expected to be released during Q4 FY2020".
The PFS mentioned a targeted mine restart of mid 2021 but that is dependent on these other studies. If the spot price stays at these levels I'd say it would given the go ahead. The Vanadium is a bonus.
Aspirational mine cost price is $30lb.
U308 spot price is $34.25lb at the moment.
