"An investment in BrisConnections Unit Trusts comprises a stapled security made up of one unit in BrisConnections
Investment Trust and one unit in BrisConnections Holding Trust. Stapled securities in BrisConnections are partly paid securities and are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange under the code “BCSCA”. There are 2 further instalments of $1.00 each per stapled security payable on 29 April 2009 and 29 January 2010 respectively."

This is just an extract, on top of this there is a communication saying that if you hold BCSCA by the Installment due date, you are liable for the instalment value and if you are not able to pay, they can force you to sell your securities and you would remind liable for the difference between the selling price (now ZERO) and the instalment value ($1). They actually saying in the PDS that the only way to get rid of this s... is by selling the stock.

Be careful with this one since this is part of the PDS. IMO, high risk considering the difficulties that can arise try to sell the stock.
