It would not. The ASX disclosure policy is that no shares can be traded before an announcement. The announcement can come from Evolt Friday evening or during the weekend, and then MYQ would only be able to announce it during ASX hours on Monday morning. Or halt the trading of shares if they are not ready to make an announcement. We can definitely know from Evolt's side well before an announcement from MYQ as long as no shares are traded during this period.
