Has anybody seen or heard any news re a possible re-finance of the Nordic bond? Me thinks whether that's the driver behind the recent steady rise. Would figure too. The big boys know that one of the biggest risks and loads around PLS's neck is getting significantly lightened. Hence, they are quietly getting back in, nice and steady, without a big spike that'd cause alarm.
