They completed an entitlement issue earlier this year and according to the announcement in mid May they "have also reserved the right to place the remaining 27,259,400 Residual Shares from the Entitlement Offer until 24 July 2020". Not 100% sure if there will be another capital raise but that's what's been said in the announcement.
