Im actually a lefty but Im not dumb. Ive been to a few protests in my time including the one against the Iraq war in Sydney (it started in Hyde park) and one with the aboriginies on Invasion Day (about 18 years ago).
But I am open minded and I like to see things clearly and without bias and of course also in context.
After the man fell, the video finishes...do we know what happened next? Maybe the paramedics rushed in 10 seconds later or the police stopped their line of advance and came back for the guy,
We dont know as the cameraman conveniently edited the rest of the situation out or stopped filming.
The guy tripped over his own feet when he walked backwards, The push from the cop was not strong enough to make him fall immediately,
Im not fond of cops myself, but they were probably protecting the building to the left of them from rioters and looters, who knows, I have an open mind. To make judgement you need the whole story...
